TELEMEDICINE GURUS OR IT’S AFFILIATES provides online health-related services by arranging for smartphone (video-telephone) medical consultations and secure web-based consultations with a licensed physician, arranging for electronic medical record storage by the physician, providing certain online health-related information, arranging for a prescription service by the physician and offering certain other related products, services, which may include health & wellness newsletters. As used in these Terms and Conditions, references to “TELEMEDICINE GURUS OR IT’S AFFILIATES” mean and include TELEMEDICINE GURUS OR IT’S AFFILIATES, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities. HOWEVER, SERVICES INCLUDE TELEMEDICINE GURUS OR IT’S AFFILIATES FACILITATING BY A USER, OR MEMBER, TO ACCESS LICENSED PHYSICIANS THAT AGREE TO CONSULT WITH PATIENTS. ACCESS TO THESE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS IS THROUGH AFFILIATES OF TELEMEDICINE GURUS, THAT PROVIDE COMMUNICATIONS ACCESS TO PHYSICIANS, LICENSED IN THE STATE WHERE YOU, THE USER, ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED, AT THE TIME OF THE CONSULTATION. TELEMEDICINE GURUS OR IT’S AFFILIATES ARRANGES FOR, AND FACILITATES, THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL CARE; HOWEVER, TELEMEDICINE GURUS OR IT’S AFFILIATES DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE.

You acknowledge that Telemedicine Gurus nor its network partners are health insurance. We make no statement to this effect. If you’re experiencing a medical/behavioral life threatening emergency please call 911 or go to your closest Hospital Emergency Room. We provide virtual access to care only through our providers.
